The HG Capital Funds are discretionary, private real estate investment funds formed to provide joint venture equity to real estate projects. The investment capital for the Funds comes from select private sources, including family offices, foundations, and trusts.
The HG Capital funds invest in a diversified group of value-added and opportunistic projects that typically consist of the acquisition, development, and/or redevelopment of commercial and residential real estate assets located throughout the western United States. While each project is managed by an experienced, third party real estate company that acquires, develops, operates, and ultimately sells the project, the HG Capital executive team provides strategic guidance throughout the life of the project.
